100 and 9 things about me
1. I was born in Pasadena, California 2. I have never had Chicken Pox - although I've been exposed numerous times. 3. My Birthday is February 3, and I am an Aquarius 4. Aquarians are perfectly suited to write blogs and post strange realizations, analyzing their own character as well as others. 5. I was an athlete growing up; played soccer and was a swimmer 6. I love to laugh and to make other people laugh 6a. I will shame or embarrass myself to do so.... 7. I went to the 1984 Olympic Trials in the 800 meter freestyle 8. I was once 13th in the Nation in my event 9. Right before my Senior year in High School I was hit by a car (I was a pedestrian) 10. I broke my right arm, tore the tendons in my left ankle 11. It was a hit and run at a cul-de-sac party, but everyone saw it happen 12. The case went to mediation - somehow I lost 13. I also lost my full ride swimming scholarship to ASU because I couldn't get past my injuries and those injuries created more injuries. 14. I still went to ASU on a partial scholarship 15. I swam until I couldn't take the pain any longer 16. My sophmore year I partied. big time. 17. I left ASU after my Sophmore year 18. I was married when I was 21 19. I found out I was pregnant the day before my 21 st birthday 20. Some of this could explain my fondness for Stoli Cranberry 21. And my fondness for dank (I used slang) 22. I am impressed with my ability to use slang 23. My son is a delightful wonder that tests my limits and enlightens my soul 24. 23 was a fluffy statement 25. I was married to a drug dealer 26. I have tried almost every drug, but nothing hard core like heroine or crack 27. I divorced my husband 1 1/2 years later 28. We got back together 29. We broke up 30. We got back together 31. I thought it was the right thing to do for my son's sake 32. I was miserable 33. I went through more shit in 7 years with him than most people do in a lifetime, but I have forgotten most of it so don't ask me. 34. My ex was a terrible drug dealer because he "got high off his own supply". I am impressed with my ability to incorporate song lyrics from NWA into my white girl's blog 35. I finally had enough - left the whole scene 6 years ago - minus my fondness for weed and alcohol. 36. I kicked the speed habit easily enough because the lifestyle sickend me. 37. Sometimes I miss the rush 38. I never miss the drug life, even though I was a functioning addict 39. I love English and can bullshit my way through almost any essay 40. I was majoring in Poli Sci at ASU, with a minor in English/History...now I hardly watch the news and any writing is done in here in the blog. 41. I adore movies, mainly independent stuff 42. I don't watch as many movies as I use to 43. I compare my life to movie life, sometimes this is good, often it is disturbing 44. I am a practicing witch and believe in God and the Goddess or that a male and female aspect needs to be a part of my religion. 45. I actually belong to an easy little coven (not to be confused with easy bake oven) 46. I have a tattoo of a goddess on my back (that the lovely Lise drew) and an Ankh on my left breast. 47. I am not sure I am the marrying kind 48. I'm ok with that 49. I think 50. Men don't last long with me because I won't let them 51. I realize that's fucked up 52. I did try to switch teams 53. I have travelled most parts of the United States but never really got to see anything because I was travelling with my swim team and we were only there to compete. 67. I once danced in a crowded Georgia airport with James Brown who said "aren't you a gorgeous creature?' and proceeded to swing me around the terminal to the delight of my teammates. 68. I walked up to him on a dare because I thought he was a woman 69. When I was 14 I sat next to Tom Selleck on a beach in Honolulu...he sat next to me after playing a game of vollyball for the Miller High Life Tournament...I was late to dinner because of it and only got in trouble by my mother who was pissed that I didn't come to get her. 70. I have been to Canada and Mexico, but never Europe or outside the Continental U.S. 71. When I was 16 I was in love with Jens-Peter Burnt a gorgeous 21 year old who had defected from what was then East Germany. He was kind and let me down easy. 72. When I was younger I chased boys relentlessly, but dumped them once I got them. I think it was because I didn't know what to do with them once I caught them 73. I know now 74. I have been told that I have a Superpussy 75. I love sex and think about it more often than I care to admit 76. I love basketball and the Lakers 77. I grew up going to UCLA football games with my dad, and now go with him and my son 78. My dad's nickname for me was "Cher" pronounced "Chair"... It was because he use to say Hi-Chair to me and I loved the Sonny and Cher show. 79. I have bondage fantasies but have never trusted a lover enough to act them out 80. I can fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow 81. I am addicted to Sex and the City, Six Feet Under, Will & Grace and the Sopranos 82. I believe you should go with your emotions, but I tend to fluctuate between head and heart. Believing as well that life is short, enjoy the passion it sends your way but know you can get burned. 89. I have been the other woman 90. I have been cheated on and I have cheated, sexually and emotionally 91. I can be loyal to a fault 92. I believe in fate, but that we have the ability to change that 93. I am a terrible liar, but sometimes find that I tell little white ones to spare someone's feelings 94. I adore the unique, original, digusting, odd, unusual, inexplicable things this world offers 95. I have never been to jail, but I was once busted for possession when my house was raided and they found a "seed" in my dresser. That was the second time my house was raided. 96. I love throwing parties, but rarely do so because I am broke. 97. I love classic literature, but can never get through them because they are boring, filled with too many characters, or they don't have enough sex in them 98. I enjoy cooking, but rarely do it 99. I am a kick-ass baker and once worked with a Pillsbury Masterchef from Germany who was old enough to be my father but still hit on me and told great dirty jokes 100. I don't like drama, however there is something sick and warped about it that draws me in, even though I said I don't like drama...(huh?) 101. At times I overanalyze things to the point where whatever issue it is shrivels up and becomes dust or quite the opposite it becomes Goodyear Blimp in your face huge. 102. I rarely get angry, but when I do I blow up and curse worse than a sailor on leave 103. After I blow up I am over it and move on 104. I have strange interests that are always changing, although I rarely finish something I start 105. I hate gel toothpaste and scrubbing toilets, after doing so I immediately have to take a shower...after scrubbing the toilet that is.... 106. I often talk to myself and sometimes I forget to keep the monolgue in my head and answer my own questions outloud. 107. I adore hard candy, however I can never suck on them...I always chew 108. I love to drive fast, which is one reason why I do not own a sportscar. 109. I always wanted to skydive, but I think I would chicken out when standing at the open door to the plane. |
